Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new or unused condition.
l Please contact Customer Service via our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
l After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
l Drop off your package at your local post office.
l Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will issue the refund to you via your original payment method.
Return Conditions
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, we apologize. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us, provided the following conditions are met:
l You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
l Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
l Items marked as non-returnable, as well as free gifts, cannot be returned.
l We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
l We do not offer Freight Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
l Please double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-cempunk products.
l Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
l Free Shipping: If your order is refunded, you will no longer be eligible for free shipping. If a refund is issued, you will be responsible for the shipping fee at the Standard Shipping rate. The refund amount will be reduced by the shipping cost we incurred to ship the package to you.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process any exchange or refund claims, even if the items have been returned to us.

If the return or exchange is due to customer-related reasons:
For Returns:
l Refund amount: 100% of the product amount (excluding shipping fees)
l Return shipping fee: Paid by the customer

Returns and Exchanges
Please contact our customer service if you wish to return any items. We will respond promptly.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
l Send a photo of the products you have received, along with your return request, to info@cempunk.com. We will then guide you through the next steps.
l Return the item to the address provided in our response email within 10 calendar days. After you ship the item, please send us the tracking number.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have authorized you to do so.
