Cempunk may assign you account credentials to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Reviews and Comments

Cempunk reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, refuse, or remove any Submissions at its sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

The opinions expressed in customer reviews are those of the individual authors and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Cempunk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any customer-generated content.

Copyright

All text, graphics, photographs or other images, button icons, audio clips, and software (collectively, "Content") belong exclusively to Cempunk or its content suppliers. Termination and Effect of Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Cempunk may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate these Terms or revoke any or all of your rights granted under these Terms. Upon termination of these Terms, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site, and Cempunk shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all account credentials issued to you and deny your access to and use of the Site in whole or in part. Any termination of these Terms shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including, without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except as otherwise provided in the standard terms of sale governing each product on this Site, this Site, the products offered for sale on it, and the transactions conducted through it are provided by Cempunk on an "AS IS" basis. Cempunk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this Site. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Cempunk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, data accuracy, and system integration. This Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Cempunk does not warrant that the content will be uninterrupted or error-free. Order Acceptance

Please note that we reserve the right to decline or cancel certain orders. Cempunk may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Circumstances that could lead to order cancellation include inventory limitations, inaccurate product descriptions or pricing errors, and issues flagged by our credit and anti-fraud team. We reserve the right to request supplementary documents or identity verification prior to order confirmation. Should any part or the entirety of your order be canceled, or should we need further details to process your order, we will contact you promptly.

Typographical Errors

While Cempunk strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors—whether typographical or in pricing—may occasionally occur. Cempunk cannot confirm the price of an item until your order is placed. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Cempunk shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, Cempunk may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you accordingly.

Arbitration

If the parties fail to settle the dispute within 30 days from the date the dispute arises, they agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration, which shall be governed by the Centre's arbitration rules in force on the date the arbitration application is filed. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Remedies

You agree that Cempunk's remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement is inadequate, and that Cempunk shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that Cempunk may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses incurred in any dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees. No right or remedy of Cempunk shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity. Such remedies include, without limitation, damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees and expenses.

No waiver by Cempunk of any right or remedy under this Agreement shall obligate Cempunk to grant any future or similar waiver.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide you with services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with US law.
